I have to say I was a little concerned making this purchase when reading the other reviews. I am glad I made the decision to make the purchase. I had Boes ear buds in the past and went throuch 2 sets. The first set had a malfunction the second set the wire pulled when it grabbed around a drawer when I went to stand up.
This is what I love about my earbuds by NuForce. The comfort of the earbuds totally outshine the Boes. My ears used to ache after having them in for longer than an hour. Not one problem with the NuForce. They also drownd out any surrounding sound. Many of times people have had full conversations behind me unaware that I had my earbuds in and I didnt even know they were there. I love the control switch on the cord though it is a little sensitive an can trigger when sitting in my purse. The clip to harness the chord helps to keep the cord out of danger of ripping or pulling. The sound quality is great for my uses. I am not into the experience of the music I use them mostly for audio books.
The only thing that annoyed me was the sound of the cord rubbing on clothing when I go running. That is can be cured when you clip the cord to clothing.
